We are a real cottage industry and all our preserves are made in our kitchen

at home in the village of  Ellastone  in the valley of the River Dove on the border of Derbyshire and Staffordshire.  A lot of the fruit and vegetables in our preserves are grown by  us or in local  gardens and orchards.

We have been awarded Gold at the Great Taste Awards for our Hot Pear & Date Chutney, Apple & Date Chutney, Bramley Apple, Pink Grapefruit & Lemon Marmalade and Salad  Dressing. This year our Seville Orange Marmalade won  Silver in the Artisan Class at the World Marmalade Festival.

Our preserves  are available at  The Gallery Cafe, Ashbourne.  Denstone Farm Shop. Fortnum & Mason and the National Trust.  We also attend Wirksworth and Uttoxeter Farmers Markets .
