Since obtaining her fine arts degree Wendy has worked as an art director in London and a surface pattern designer in Manchester.She followed her passion to be a self- employed artist in the mid nineties and has since sold designs all over the world. She is universally known for her popular collections of bright, bold, at- tractive images.Wendy has been an influential designer within the Giftware industry for fifteen years where her work can be seen re- produced on a vast array of merchandise. She was presented the ‘Gift of the Year’ award at the Royal College of Art by design guru Jeff Banks. This is the top accolade from the Giftware Associ- ation. She has also won a ‘Best Business’ award from Business Link. Wendy lives and works in an old eighteenth century cottage in a beautiful rural village near the Peak District National Park. Here she now follows a further ambition to have exhibitions of her original canvases.
